Cairn CLO VI B.V. (Refinancing): 27 July 2018

The assets securing the Notes will consist of a portfolio of primarily Senior Loans, Senior Secured Bonds, Mezzanine Obligations and High Yield Bonds, and will be managed by Cairn Loan Investments LLP.

On 21 July 2016 (the Original Closing Date) Cairn CLO VI B.V. issued Class A Notes, Class B Notes, Class C Notes, Class D Notes, Class E Notes, Class F Notes and Subordinated Notes.

On or about 25 July 2018 (the 2018 Refinancing Date) the Issuer will, subject to certain conditions, refinance the Original Class A Notes, Original Class B Notes, Original Class C Notes, Original Class D Notes, Original Class E Notes and the Original Class F Notes.
