St Paul's CLO VII (Refinance): 17 July 2018

A refinancing of the St. Paul's CLO VII managed cash flow CLO, where at least 90% of the portfolio must consist of senior secured loans and senior secured bonds and up to 10% of the portfolio may consist of unsecured senior loans, second-lien loans, mezzanine obligations and high yield bonds.

The Issuer has re-issued the following classes of notes: Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2 Notes, Class B-1 Notes, Class B-2 Notes, Class B-3 Notes, Class C-1 Notes, Class C-2 Notes, Class D Notes, Class E Notes and Class F Notes, which were previously issued on 21 March 2017.
