OZLME IV DAC: 10 August 2018

OZLME IV is another managed cash flow CLO from manager Och-Ziff Europe Loan Management Limited, where the notes are collateralised primarily by broadly syndicated first lien senior secured corporate loans.

Eligibility criteria (includes): at least 90% of the portfolio must consist of senior secured loans, senior secured bonds and eligible investments; up to 10% of the portfolio may consist of second lien loans, unsecured loans, mezzanine obligations and high yield bonds.

There will be a reinvestment period, which is scheduled to end in October 2022.
