Barings Euro CLO 2018-2: 16 September 2018

This will be a securitisation of mainly senior secured loans, with a component of senior unsecured, mezzanine, and second-lien loans. It will be managed by Barings (U.K) Limited.

Concentration Limits (include): Senior Secured Loans, Senior Secured Bonds & Eligible Investments - 90% (minimum); Second-Lien Loans, Senior Unsecured - 10% (maximum); Fixed assets - 15% (maximum); Covenant-Lite Loans - 35% (maximum).

The transaction features a 4.1-year reinvestment period and an 8.5-year WAL, and the portfolio is expected to be 70% ramped-up at closing.
