Cleveland Row Finance No.2 DAC (TAP-1): 25 September 2018

Cleveland Row Finance No.2 PLC issued £94,904,082 Commercial Mortgage Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2027 on 24 July 2018. The Issuer has now issued £1,873,872 further notes in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3.17 (Further Issuance of Notes) of the Note Trust Deed and Condition 20 (Further Issuance of Notes). These will be fungible with the Original Notes on 13 September 2018.
