A second refinancing of the transaction that originally closed in February 2014.

Highlights: at least 96% of the portfolio must consist of senior secured loans and senior secured bonds; up to 4% of the portfolio may consist of unsecured senior loans, second-lien loans, mezzanine obligations and high yield bonds; a maximum of 30% in Covenant-Lite Loans; no investment allowed in obligations rated below Caa3, structured finance, synthetics, zero coupon, step-downs, project finance, leases and equity.

The transaction will feature a non-call period until November 2020, and a re-investment period which will end in May 2023.
