Cleveland Row Finance No.2 DAC (TAP-2): 04 April 2019

Cleveland Row Finance No.2 PLC issued £94,904,082 Commercial Mortgage Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2027 on 24 July 2018 (the Original Notes). The Issuer issued £1,873,872 further notes on 13 September 2018 (the First Further Notes). The Issuer has now issued £22,771,476 further notes in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3.17 (Further Issuance of Notes) of the Note Trust Deed and Conditions .... which will be fungible with the Original Notes and the First Further Notes on 1 April 2019.
