Euro-Galaxy VII CLO: 01 May 2019

Another CLO from collateral manager PineBridge, which will direct the selection, acquisition and disposition of collateral on behalf of the Issuer and may engage in trading activity, including discretionary trading, during the transaction's four and a half years reinvestment period.

Eligibility / limits (include): at least 90% of the portfolio must consist of secured senior loans or senior secured bonds; up to 10% of the portfolio may consist of unsecured senior obligations, second-lien loans, high yield bonds and mezzanine obligations; maximum exposure to the top 10 obligors is 20% of the portfolio balances; up to 10% of the portfolio can be invested in fixed-rate assets.

It is expected to be approximately 75% ramped up as of the closing date and to be comprised predominantly of corporate loans to obligors domiciled in Western Europe.
