Another refinancing of an Arbour CLO transaction, where on this occasion the Original Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2 Notes, Class B Notes, Class C Notes and Class D Notes due 2030 will be subject to refinancing. The earlier Class E Notes, Class F notes and one class of subordinated notes will remain outstanding.
