A CLO which will be managed by Napier Park Global Capital Ltd, who direct the selection, acquisition and disposition of collateral, and may engage in trading activity, including discretionary trading, during the transaction's four and a half year reinvestment period. Napier Park is a global alternative credit platform with approximately $12 billion in assets under management.

The portfolio is expected to be over 80% ramped up as of the closing date and to be comprised predominantly of corporate loans to obligors domiciled in Western Europe.
