Carlyle Euro CLO 2019-2 DAC: 23 August 2019

Carlyle 2019-2 is a cash flow collateralised loan obligation which will be managed by CELF Advisors LLP (the collateral manager).

The collateral in the transaction will mainly consist of broadly syndicated leveraged loans issued by various corporate obligors and diversified across sectors. The deal will feature a 4.5-year reinvestment period.

The manager expects to be over 75% ramped at closing, with the remainder acquired before the transaction’s effective date.
