Aurium CLO III (refinancing): 18 October 2019

Aurium III is a refinancing of the original A-1, B-1 and B-2 classes of notes through an optional redemption, and the transaction will be managed by Spire Management Ltd. The collateral pool will consist primarily of broadly syndicated speculative-grade senior secured term loans and bonds that are governed by certain collateral quality tests.
