Sanctuary Capital Plc (2.4812% - 2037): 16 November 2019
The net proceeds from the issue of the Bonds will be advanced by the Issuer to Sanctuary Treasury Limited (the Group Borrower) pursuant to a Loan Agreement between the Group Borrower and the Issuer dated on or around the Issue Date, and the Group Borrower will in turn on-lend such funds to Sanctuary Housing Association, Sanctuary Affordable Housing Limited and Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association Limited.
Sanctuary is the parent and principal operating entity of the Sanctuary Group which is one of the largest groups of registered providers of social landlords in the United Kingdom, managing approximately 101,000 units of accommodation throughout England and Scotland, providing different types of accommodation such as affordable housing for rent, shared ownership properties, sheltered housing, housing for those with special needs, care homes and student and key worker accommodation.
The Bonds are secured by, inter alia, an allocation of charged properties from a shared security pool. The
