The preliminary portfolio (as at 14 November 2019) consists of 32,102 loans advanced to 28,561 obligor groups. Loan status (by current balances): standard loans – 70.3%, credit lines – 29.7%. Reference rate type: floating – 55.2%, fixed – 44.8%. The assets were originated mainly between 2014 and 2019 and the overall WA seasoning is 2.8 years. Industry distribution: Beverage, Food & Tobacco - 23.1%. Regional distribution: Catalonia – 17.6% and Madrid – 15.9%.

The transaction features a 2-year revolving period.
