As per previous transactions, the issue is a cash flow securitisation collateralised by a portfolio of secured and unsecured loans and drawdowns of secured and unsecured lines of credit originated by CaixaBank to small and medium-sized enterprises and self-employed individuals based in Spain.

As of the 21 October 2019 cut-off date, the transaction’s portfolio comprised 36,146 loans and current drawdowns of secured and unsecured lines of credit to 32,864 obligor groups. Obligor concentration: top 1 – 0.63, top 10 – 5.03%, top 20 – 8.58%. Interest rate type: floating - 54.7%, fixed - 45.3%. Industry concentration: Building and Development – 21.88%, Lodging and Casinos – 9.79% and Farming and Agriculture – 8.74%. Regional concentration: Catalonia – 27.08%, Madrid – 12.09% and Andalucia – 11.76%.
