Futura 2019 Srl: 24 December 2019

Futura 2019 Srl announces that on 3 December 2019, it concluded with Futura SPV Srl a contract for the sale of pecuniary credits identifiable in bulk pursuant to and for the purposes of the Securitization Law and article 58 of the Text Single Banking. By virtue of the Contract of Sale, the Company purchased without recourse from this Transferor all of the credits deriving from mortgage and / or unsecured loans for accrued and accrued principal and interest and any other amount due for any reason in connection with the same credits, such as by way of example, costs, penalties, recovery costs, including legal and judicial ones and any indemnities due by way of insurance coverage. In particular, they have been the subject of the assignment of all credits meeting the following criteria:
(a) credits assigned by the credit institutions listed below or otherwise due in favor of the Transferor pursuant to that established in the following assignment contracts:
(i) assignment contract signed on 5 July 2018 by Banca Adria Credito Cooperativo SC as assignor, and Futura SPV as assignee;
(ii) assignment contract signed on 5 July 2018 by Banca Alto Vicentino Cooperative Credit of the Delta SC, and Futura SPV as assignee;
(iii) assignment contract signed on 5 July 2018 by Banca Centro Emilia Credito Cooperativo SC as assignor, and Futura SPV as assignee;
(iv) assignment contract signed on 5 July 2018 by Banca Centro Lazio Credito Cooperativo SC as assignor, and Futura SPV as assignee;
(v) assignment contract signed on 5 July 2018 by Banca dei Colli Euganei Credito Cooperativo SC acting as transferor, and Futura SPV as assignee;
(vi) assignment contract signed on 5 July 2018 by Banca del Nisseno Cooperative Credit of Sommatino and Serradifalco SC as assignor, and Futura SPV as transferee;
(vii) assignment contract signed on 5 July 2018 by Banca del Territorio Lombardo Credito Cooperativo SC in the capacity of transferor, and Futura SPV as assignee;
(viii) assignment contract signed on 5 July 2018 by Banca di Bologna Credito Cooperativo SC as assignor, and Futura SPV as assignee;
(ix) assignment contract signed on 5 July 2018 by Banca di Caraglio, Cunese and Riviera dei Fiori Scrl Cooperative Credit as assignor, and Futura SPV as transferee;
(x) assignment contract signed on 5 July 2018 by Cooperative Credit Bank Alberobello and Sammichele of Bari SC as assignor, and Futura SPV as assignee;
(xi) assignment contract signed on 5 July 2018 by Cooperative Credit Bank of the Karst SC - Zadruga Zadruzna Kraska Banka as assignor, and Futura SPV as transferee;
