Another CLO from investment manager Investcorp Credit Management EU Limited where the portfolio will consist primarily of senior secured obligations (min 95%), with senior unsecured, mezzanine, second-lien loans and high-yield bonds making up the balance.

Portfolio concentration limits (include): secured senior loans – min 70%; bridge loans – max 2.5%; non-euro obligations – max 20%; cov-lite loans – max 30%; PIK securities – max 5%.

The transaction has a three-year reinvestment period.
