Azzurra Aeroporti S.p.A.: 01 August 2020

Azzurra Aeroporti S.p.A is the holding company of Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur, the airport operator in Nice, Cannes and Saint Tropez, and the net proceeds from the issuance will be used to repay the outstanding €653 million senior secured bank credit facility of Azzurra which is maturing in November 2021.
