Palmer Square European Loan Funding 2020-1: 08 October 2020

This is an arbitrage cash flow collateralised loan obligation, where the underlaying assets will be a static pool of primarily secured senior loans and bonds with a component of mezzanine obligations and high yield bonds. The transaction does not feature a reinvestment period.

The provisional portfolio will consist of 115 assets (114 obligors), where the largest single obligor accounts for 1.6% of the pool, the top 10 obligors for 13.5%, and WA life will be 5.2 years.

The servicer will be Palmer Square Europe Capital Management LLC.
