Penta CLO 8 DAC: 30 November 2020

The transaction is a European cash flow CLO securitisation of mainly euro-denominated leveraged loans and bonds, and will be managed by Partners Group (UK) Management. The deal will feature a 4.5 year reinvestment period.

By the closing date it is expected that the issuer will own approximately 90% of the target effective date portfolio, and there will be a 6-month ramp-up period.
