Palmer Square European Loan Funding 2020-2: 06 December 2020

The net proceeds from the issuance of the Notes will be used to purchase a static pool of primarily Secured Senior Loans and Bonds with a component of Mezzanine Obligations and High-Yield Bonds. Palmer Square Europe Capital Management LLC will manage the transaction.

It should be noted that the transaction does not have a reinvestment period and discretionary sales are not permitted.
