Ares European CLO VII BV (2nd Refinance): 18 April 2021

The 2nd refinancing (tranche A only) of the transaction, which originally closed in Sept 2014, where the diversified collateral pool primarily comprises of syndicated speculative-grade senior secured term loans and bonds that are governed by collateral quality tests.

This new refinancing features a non-call period ending on 15 January 2022, and a reinvestment period ending on 15 October 2021.
