Aurium CLO V (Refinance): 21 April 2021

A re-financing of a managed cash flow CLO which originally closed in April 2019, and where once again Spire Management Limited will actively manage the portfolio.

At least 90% of the portfolio must consist of Senior Secured Obligations and up to 10% of the portfolio may consist of Senior Unsecured Obligations, Second-Lien Loans, Mezzanine Obligations and High Yield Bonds
