Madison Park Euro Funding VI (2nd refinancing): 02 May 2021

A refinancing of the earlier managed cash flow CLO, with Credit Suisse Asset Management Limited continuing to act as the manager of the CLO.

As per earlier criteria, at least 90% of the portfolio must consist of Secured Senior Loans or Senior Secured Bonds and up to 10% of the portfolio may consist of Unsecured Senior Loans, Second-Lien Loans, High Yield Bonds and Mezzanine Loans.

The refinancing features a non-call period until 15 January 2022, and a reinvestment period ending 15 October 2021.
