Oak Hill European Credit Partners - VII (Refinance: 09 May 2021

A partial refinancing of the transaction which initially closed in December 2018, where the portfolio will be managed by Oak Hill Advisors (Europe), LLP.

The transaction is a securitisation of mainly Senior Secured Loans (at least 90%) with a component of Senior Unsecured, Mezzanine and Second-Lien Loans.

The re-investment period runs until 20 April 2023, and features a non-call period until 2th May 2022.

Note: no further partial re-financings are allowed.
