CVC Cordatus Loan Fund VIII DAC (2nd Refinance): 04 June 2021

The second refinancing of an existing transaction (which initially closed in March 2017, and was initially re-financed in October 2019) with an increase in note balances. The existing classes of notes will be fully redeemed with the proceeds from the issue.

A securitisation of a portfolio of primarily senior secured leveraged loans and bonds, which will be managed by CVC Credit Partners European CLO Management LLP.

The transaction features a non-call period until 3 December 2022, and a re-investment period which ends 15 January 2026.
