Aurium CLO X: 03 July 2022

The transaction is a European cash flow CLO securitisation via Jefferies (sole lead arranger) and Mizuho. The revolving pool comprises euro-denominated Senior Secured Loans and Bonds issued mainly by speculative-grade borrowers, and will be managed by Spire Management Ltd.

The transaction features a non-call period which ends on 23 June 2024, and a reinvestment period until 17 July 2027.
