Anchorage Capital Europe CLO 6: 26 August 2022

A cash-flow CLO from manager Anchorage CLO ECM which will be the manager's sixth European CLO, where at least 90% of the portfolio must consist of Senior Secured Obligations and up to 10% of the portfolio may consist of Senior Unsecured Obligations.

The deal includes a non-call period ending 14 August 2023 and a reinvestment period ending 17 August 2024. The portfolio is expected to be 90% ramped as of the closing date.
