Tikehau CLO IX DAC: 17 April 2023

A securitisation of mainly Senior Secured Obligations (at least 90%) with the remainder being Senior Unsecured, Mezzanine, Second-Lien Loans and High-Yield Bonds, which will be actively managed by Tikehau Capital Europe Limited and arranged by BNP Paribas. Collateral limits (include): the 10 largest obligors at 20% of the portfolio balance; fixed-rate asset limits at 10% of the portfolio.

The transaction features a non-call period until 5 October 2024 and a re-investment period which runs until 20 October 2027.
