Another managed cash flow CLO from Chenavari Credit Partners LLP. JP Morgan is the arranger, with Standard Chartered Bank acting as a co-placement agent.

At least 92.5% of the portfolio must consist of Senior Secured Obligations and up to 7.5% of the portfolio may consist of Senior Unsecured Obligations, Second-Lien Loans, Mezzanine Obligations and High Yield Bonds.

The transaction features a non-call period until 15 October 2023 and a re-investment period ending on 15 October 2026. The portfolio is expected to be 90% ramped as of the closing date.
