Driver Belgium Master SA: 01 December 2022

Under this Programme, Driver Belgium Master SA may from time to time issue asset backed floating rate Class A Notes and asset backed floating rate Class B Notes denominated in Euro (subject always to compliance with all legal and/or regulatory requirements).

The Issuer will issue the relevant Class of Notes in series with different issue dates, interest rates and scheduled repayment dates (but all having the same interest payment dates).

The proceeds of any Notes will be used to finance the purchase by the Issuer of the Receivables from Volkswagen D’Ieteren Finance SA (VDFin) pursuant to the applicable Receivables Purchase Agreement.
