The assets securing the Notes will consist primarily of a portfolio of Senior Secured Loans and Senior Secured Bonds in respect of which Permira European CLO Manager LLP is acting as Investment Manager.

The deal featured a non-call period ending after 1.5 years, and a re-investment period until September 2027
