Rockford Tower Europe CLO 2023-1: 22 September 2023

Another in the Rockford Tower Europe CLO 2023-1 series, where again the securitisation is mainly made up of Senior Secured Obligations (at least 90%) with the remainder being a combination of Senior Unsecured, Mezzanine, Second-Lien Loans and High-Yield Bonds.

The CLO will be actively managed by Rockford Tower Capital Management L.L.C, and features a 4.6yr reinvestment period.
