The transaction is a European cash flow CLO securitisation via BNP Paribas (sole lead arranger). The revolving pool comprises euro-denominated Senior Secured Loans and Bonds issued mainly by speculative-grade borrowers, and will be managed by Spire Management Ltd.

The transaction features a reinvestment period of 4.7 years.
