Cumulus Static CLO 2023-1: 01 December 2023

Cumulus Static CLO will be the fifth static CLO deal in Europe this year, and the aim of Blackstone is the hope to eventually develop a European market for shorter re-investing CLOs.

The debt and equity deal has a AAA spread of 150 basis points and a non-call period of 1 year.
