Wilton Park CLO DAC: 13 November 2023

Wilton Park CLO is a securitisation of mainly Senior Secured Obligations (at least 90%) with the remainder being a combination of Senior Unsecured, Mezzanine, Second-Lien Loans and High-Yield Bonds. The portfolio will be actively managed by Blackstone Ireland Limited.

The transaction features a 4.5-year reinvestment period, a non-call period of 1.5 years after closing, and a 7.5-year weighted average life test.
