Another securitisation of mainly Senior Secured Obligations (at least 90%) with the usual component of Senior Unsecured, Mezzanine, Second-Lien Loans and High-Yield Bonds.

The transaction will be actively managed by Fair Oaks Capital Limited, who are a specialist corporate credit investment manager and advisor, having launched in 2013. Current AUM of the Firm stands at $3.0 billion. The deal features a 4.5 year reinvestment period.
