Hayfin Emerald CLO X (Refinance) DAC: 23 June 2024

A refinancing of the earlier Hayfin Emerald CLO X DAC, which originally closed in September 2022. The assets of the CLO are mainly Senior Secured Obligations (a minimum of 90%) with the rest of the assets comprising of Senior Unsecured, Mezzanine, Second-Lien Loans and High-Yield Bonds.

As previously, the portfolio will be actively managed by Hayfin Emerald Management LLP. It will feature a 2.1-year reinvestment period.
