Anchorage Capital Europe CLO 10: 10 July 2024

A cash-flow CLO from manager Anchorage CLO ECM which will be the manager's tenth European CLO, where at least 90% of the portfolio must consist of Senior Secured Obligations and up to 10% of the portfolio may consist of Senior Unsecured Obligations.

The deal includes a non-call period ending 2 years after closing and a 5-year reinvestment period. The portfolio is expected to be 90% ramped as of the closing date.
