Clonkeen Park CLO DAC: 24 September 2024

Clonkeen Park CLO DAC is a securitisation of mainly Senior Secured Obligations (at least 90%) with the balance of 10% made up of Senior Unsecured, Mezzanine, Second-Lien Loans and High-Yield Bonds.

Blackstone Ireland Ltd will act as the investment manager, and BNP is the arranger.

The transaction features a reinvestment period of 4.5 years and the deal will be non-callable for 1.5 years.
