CVC Cordatus Loan Fund VI Limited (2nd Reissue): 07 November 2024

A second re-financing of the CVC Cordatus Loan Fund VI transaction, which originally closed in March 2016 and was first re-issued in April 2018.

As per the previous deals, the portfolio will be actively managed by CVC Credit Partners Investment Management Limited, with at least 90% Senior Secured Obligations.

The CLO will feature a reinvestment period of around 4.4 years and a non-call period until May 2026
