A cash-flow CLO (mainly comprising of Senior Secured Obligations - at least 96%) which will be managed by Blackstone CLO Management LLC and where Goldman Sachs International will act as the placement agent.

The transaction features a non-call period until July 2026 and a re-investment period which ends in July 2029.
