This will be the second public securitisation of residential loans from originator Banca Popolare di Puglia
e Basilicata, full service universal bank headquartered in Altamura (Bari), Italy. It’s inaugural transaction,
Media Finance, closed in Feb 2005.

BPPB was created as a result of the merger of Banca Popolare della Murgia and Banca Popolare di
Taranto in 1995. The principal activities of the bank include retail and corporate banking, asset manage-
ment, securities trading and leasing through associated companies. BPPB provides a variety of services
and products, including checking and saving accounts, secured and unsecured loan facilities, mortgage
loans, import and export financing facilities, asset management, bank insurance products and other
investment and savings products.

The portfolio will comprise of 3,636 debt obligations arising out of residential mortgage loans all of which
are classified as performing by BPPB. Eligibility for inclusion includes: are secured by an "economic" first
ranking priority mortgage; all have been granted exclusively by BPPB; all loans governed by Italian law; all
have been drawn-down in full and debtors do not have any right to further disbursements; do not arise
out of previous financings which have been restructured; at least one instalment is past due and has
been paid.

The average outstanding balance is Eur94,035 with the largest loan being Eur392,317. Only 16 loans
(0.44% by current balance) are greater than Eur300,000. Fixed-rate loans account for 51.26% (by
current balance) of the pool, and floating with a cap for 36.10%.

WA current LTV 56.59% (original LTV 61.50%). WA seasoning 1.94yrs. Regional concentration: Southern
Italy 85.34%, Northern Italy 7.70%, and Central Italy 6.96%.
